The Shops at Mount Vernon are dedicated to your satisfaction; if you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
