The Story
The common deep sea scallop pf the Pacific. The shells range from six to eight inches across and are frequently used as cooking dishes.
This door knocker is sand-cast in yellow brass and is reminiscent of Martha Washington’s shell motif. It is designed, cast, finished and signed by Colby Smith. It is lacquered to retain the finish.
